Aditee Bhargave

Psychologist, Founder

Greetings! I am Aditee Bhargave. Having done my master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pune, I have been working in this field since 2019. I was always intrigued by the mind, thoughts, and human behavior. But while pursuing my bachelor's, I experienced a mental setback myself. So I decided to pursue psychology as my career to help others who are in similar situations. I am driven by the urge to make mental wellbeing services accessible to individuals. And specially to the LGBTQIA+ community with the intent to assist them in their journey to restoring their mental health, personal growth and self discovery. I believe that training our mind like we train our body to achieve the highest levels of physical fitness is crucial. It is my belief that we can achieve an optimal level of mental fitness too. I aim to normalize and de-stigmatize problems associated with mental health. All of us may need some kind of assistance at some point in time, be it regarding an issue, betterment of life or simply to vent. My happiness lies in offering each individual a safe space where they will feel welcome, heard and understood!
